Dalton Neuschwander is a senior starting pitcher at the University of West Florida (UWF), where he established himself as an essential starting pitcher for the Argonauts’ baseball team. The Alabama-born athlete, 6’1”, 200-pound right-hander, started his college career at Coastal Alabama South before moving to UWF, where he developed into the baseball team’s foundational starter. He developed into a leading college baseball talent within Division II since transferring to UWF.
Neuschwander enters the 2025 MLB Draft as a high-profile prospect, armed with a fastball that touches 97 MPH—confirmed by MLB scouts. His combination of velocity, control, and endurance has made him a standout within the Gulf South Conference and a rising name on the national stage.

Off the field, Neuschwander has earned distinction for his academic discipline and leadership. He graduated with his Bachelor's Degree from the UWF Lewis Bear Jr. College of Business in May of 2025. He received CSC Academic accolades and GSC All-Academic recognition and maintains excellent athletic intensity alongside strong academics. From his position as mentor to junior athletes, Neuschwander takes responsibility for developing team values.
